Description
De provincie Flevoland wil de komende jaren volledig worden ontzorgd in de inkoop en het beheer van softwarelicenties, onderhoud, softwarediensten en Software Asset Management (SAM). Hiervoor wordt één Software Reseller/SAM-partner geselecteerd die fungeert als ‘one-stop-shop’ voor levering, advies, implementatie en beheer van software. De nieuwe opdrachtnemer neemt het beheer van de huidige softwareportefeuille gefaseerd over en zorgt voor een efficiënte, conforme en toekomstbestendige inzet van licenties, in lijn met de provinciale cloudstrategie.
Doel is een duurzame samenwerking met een hoge mate van customer intimacy, gericht op kwaliteit, continuïteit en optimalisatie van SAM-diensten. De aanbesteding richt zich op het realiseren van één overeenkomst met de economisch meest voordelige inschrijver 17.500.000,- euro (2 jaar plus 2x1 jaar verlengen) totaal 4 jaren
