Ziel ist die wissenschaftliche Begleitung der Sanierung des bergbaulich beeinflussten Wasser und Stoffhaushaltes im Lausitzer Revier. Aus den hydro-/geochemischen,hydrologischen und wasserwirtschaftlichen Randbedingungen sollen Prognosen zur Entwicklung der Beschaffenheit von Grund- und Oberflächenwässern abgeleitet werden. In den Prognosen sind dabei die Auswirkungen laufender und geplanter Sanierungsmaßnahmen zu berücksichtigen und zu bewerten.Die Ergebnisse bilden die Grundlage für Handlungsempfehlungen an die LMBV zur Erreichung der Sanierungsziele.
