Der Auftragnehmer hat für den Bereich Interne Revision (IR) der KfW Revisionsprüfungen in den nachfolgend aufgeführten Themengebieten zu erbringen, die fallweise Prüfungsleistungen bzw. prüfungsnahe Beratungsleistungen darstellen können. Die Übersicht nennt die wesentlichen Themengebiete, erhebt jedoch keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit. Gegenstand der Prüfungsunterstützung sind schwerpunktmäßig die Compliance-Disziplinen:
- Maßnahmen zur Verhinderung von Geldwäsche und Terrorismusfinanzierung
- Know-your-customer (KYC)
- Finanzsanktionen & Embargos
- Wertpapier-Compliance
- Strafbare Handlungen
- MaRisk Compliance sowie
- Tax Compliance.
