Fourniture d’un banc d’essai destiné au contrôle et à la validation des contacteurs de puissance équipant le matériel ferroviaire roulant. Le marché comprend une tranche ferme portant sur la fourniture, l’installation et la mise en service d’un premier banc d’essai. Le marché concerne la fourniture d’un banc d'essai informatisé pour tester nos contacteurs de puissance.
Ce banc devra avoir au minimum les caractéristiques suivantes (architecture): * Etre capable de mesurer les grandeurs physiques suivantes :
- Tensions
- Courants
- Résistances
- Temps de commutation
- Distances et dimensions par mesures optiques.
- Pressions pneumatique et mécanique
- Mesure d’isolement à 10KV. * Générer des courants de l’ordre de 300A.
Afin de répondre à un besoin opérationnel potentiel identifié par le client interne, le marché comprend également une tranche facultative portant sur la fourniture, l’installation et la mise en service d’un second banc d’essai identique. La SNCB pourra lever cette tranche facultative durant la période définie dans les documents du marché, en fonction de l'évolution des besoins opérationnels et des budgets disponibles.
