- Schulung und Wissenstransfer für Administratoren und Key-User des Auftraggebers
- Beratung zu Lizenz- und Architekturfragen im Zusammenhang mit dem Ausbau der Nutzung. Die konkrete thematische Ausgestaltung der Beratungstage im Einzelfall wird zwischen den Ansprechpartnern beider Parteien vereinbart.
