Description
Der Markt Kirchzell plant eine neue Kläranlage nach dem Belebungsverfahren zu errichten. Kirchzell betreibt derzeit eine belüftete Teichkläranlage mit einer Ausbaugröße von 4.000 EW. Da zukünftig weitergehende Anforderungen an die Abwasserreinigung gestellt werden, ist ein langfristiger Weiterbetrieb der Kläranlage nicht möglich.
Im Ergebnis einer Studie stellte sich als wirtschaftliche Variante der Neubau einer Kläranlage nach dem Belebtschlammverfahren mit gemeinsamer aerober Schlammstabilisierung mit Auslegung auf eine gezielte Stickstoffelimination am derzeitigen Kläranlagenstandort dar. Der Nachweis der Mischwasserbehandlung liegt vor. Es liegt eine erste Projektkonzeption vor.
Bisher wurden noch keine Planungsleistungen nach HOAI erbracht. Die Gesamtbaukosten werden vorläufig auf 5,99 Mio.EUR brutto (zzgl. Baunebenkosten) geschätzt.
Der Auftraggeber strebt eine Förderung nach RZWas 2025 an. Eine Beschreibung im Detail kann den Vergabeunterlagen - Anlage 01 entnommen werden.
