Projektsteuerungsleistung für FoBau Active Sites: Die Universität Duisburg-Essen benötigt einen Projektsteuerer für den Forschungsneubau "Active Sites" am Campus Essen. Der Forschungsneubau soll für eine Nutzung von ca. 120 Personen dienen und eine Nutzfläche (NUF 1-6) von ca. 4.650 qm vorhalten. Der überwiegende Teil der Fläche soll für Labore (ca. 2.600 qm) genutzt werden.
Die Anforderungen an die Labore sind hoch, da es sich um hochinstallierte Labore (Chemie-Labore, physikalisch-chemische Labore, Laser Labore, S1/R1) handelt. Zudem sollen Büroräume (ca. 1.600 qm), Besprechungs- und Seminarräume sowie Verkehrs- und Lagerflächen entstehen.
