Kohde on Helsingin keskustan kampusalueella sijaitseva Fabianinkatu 28 kiinteistön vanhan osan korjaus ja saman kiinteistön kuuluvan Oppimiskeskus Aleksandrian vesikatolle toteutettava IV-konehuone.
