Description
Liikenne- ja viestintävirasto Traficom (jäljempänä Traficom) pyytää tarjousta joukkoliikennepalvelujen hoitamisesta ajalla 7.6.2027-2.6.2030 reitillä Mynämäki-Nousiainen-Masku-Turku (tarkempi kohdemäärittely tarjouspyynnön liitteessä). Sopimus sisältää option sopimuksen jatkamisesta ajalle 3.6.2030 - 5.6.2033. Tarkat liikennöinnin aloitus ja lopetuspäivät määräytyvät kouluvuoden mukaisesti.
Liikenne hankitaan bruttosopimuksella. Bruttosopimuksella tarkoitetaan palvelusopimusasetuksen (1370 /2007) ja erityisalojen hankintalain (1398/2016) tarkoittamaa joukkoliikenteen palvelusopimusta, jossa lipputuloriski on liikenteen tilaajalla. Tämän hankinnan sisältämälle liikenteelle myönnetään palvelusopimusasetuksen mukainen yksinoikeus erillisellä hallinnollisella päätöksellä.
Yksinoikeuspäätöksessä otetaan huomioon mahdollinen reitin osan läpi kulkeva pidempimatkainen liikenne. Lippu- ja maksujärjestelmävaatimukset sekä liikennepalvelulain (320/2017) edellyttämät yhteentoimivuusvaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Maskun, Mynämäen ja Nousiaisten kunnat osallistuvat kohteen rahoitukseen.
