Die TK plant den Einsatz einer standardisierten Kafka-Plattform als einer oder mehrere Rechnerverbunde (Cluster) aus log-orientierten Event-Brokern auf Basis von Apache Kafka. Gegenstand des Auftrags sollte die Unterstützung beim Aufbau der Kafka-Plattform und Wissenstransfer, die Lieferung der erforderlichen Enterprise-Funktionen und Kafka-Konnektoren, inklusive Softwarepflege und Support sowie die Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme der Kafka-Plattform und Betrieb der Kafka-Plattform während der Aufbauphase sein. Zudem sollte der Auftragnehmer bei Bedarf der TK auch den Betrieb der Plattform nach Fertigstellung des Aufbaus (optional) übernehmen.
