Техническата спецификация представя изискванията за софтуерна поддръжка тип „Enterprise Support“ на лицензиран софтуер на SAP, който е основна част на Основната банкова информационна система (ОБИС) на БНБ.
Софтуерната поддръжка се отнася за лицензите и базата данни, посочени в Техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1.
