Die Hamburger Energiewerke GmbH (HEnW) verfolgt das Ziel, eine umweltfreundliche und effiziente Wärmeversorgung in den Arealen rund um den Hamburger Flughafen zu etablieren. Ein Teil des Projektes ist der Bau einer unterirdischen Fernwärmepumpstation im Bereich der Alsterquerung, die als Druckerhöhungsstation fungieren wird. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung beinhaltet ausschließlich die Entsorgungsleistungen im Rahmen dieser Baumaßnahme.
Die Baustelle befindet sich innerhalb einer Straßenbegleitfläche der Traute-Lafrenz-Straße auf Höhe der Hausnummer 116, 22297 Hamburg. Für die Herstellung der Baugrube ist eine ca. 33 m tiefe und 1,00 m breite Schlitzwand vorgesehen. Hieraus ergibt sich ein rechnerisches Schlitzwandgut von ca. 3.000 m³, bzw. ca. 7.000 Tonnen.
Das für die Herstellung der Baugrube auszuhebende Erdvolumen beträgt in Summe ca. 7.000 m³, bzw. ca. 12.800 Tonnen.
