Το έργο αποσκοπεί στην υιοθέτηση των σύγχρονων ψηφιακών προκλήσεων, την αξιοποίηση των νέων τεχνολογιών πληροφορικής και επικοινωνιών και την ολοκληρωμένη και πλήρη ψηφιακή διαχείριση της ύλης και των λειτουργιών του Νομικού Συμβουλίου του Κράτους (ΝΣΚ), τόσο στο εσωτερικό περιβάλλον όσο και στην εξωτερική λειτουργία του ΝΣΚ, υποστηριζόμενες από αξιόπιστες και υψηλής ποιότητας εφαρμογές πληροφορικής αλλά και από αντίστοιχο εξοπλισμό και, εν γένει, ηλεκτρονικές υποδομές.
