Obiectul acordului cadru îl reprezintă asigurarea funcționării în bune și sigure condiții a sistemului informatic necesar proceselor electorale, prin realizarea mentenanței, suportului, asistenței tehnice, supervizării, securității și actualizării capacității de procesare și vehiculare a datelor acestuia, adaptat la constrângerile tehnice și legislative.
