De opdracht betreft één beheer- en servicemanagementapplicatie voor Huisvesting & Facilitair (H&F) en ICT-processen voor de gehele Stichting Carmelcollege. De applicatie biedt inzicht in afspraken, middelen/assets, voorzieningen en voortgang, automatiseert waar mogelijk processen en levert managementinformatie voor sturing op kwaliteit, gebruik en doorlooptijden.
