Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for Strøm - Physical delivery and financial management to the Contracting Authority's units. Trondheim municipality needs a new framework agreement for electricity, which includes physical delivery of electricity to the municipality ́s entities, optimisation of concession power sales and financial management of future contracts.
