Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für die Planung, den Bau und die Objektbetreuung des Klimaparks "Schwammstadt" mit Naturbad in Brake (Unterweser). Das Projekt umfasst die Umgestaltung des seit 2013 brachliegenden ehemaligen Freibadgeländes am Philosophenweg 8 in ein Naturbad mit angrenzendem Klimapark auf einer Fläche von ca. 17 ha, einschließlich des 3,5 ha großen ehemaligen Freibadgeländes.
