Se intentioneaza achiziția de licențe software pentru percheziții informatice, capabile să asigure procesarea unui volum ridicat de date și interoperabilitatea probatoriului digital, prin furnizarea de licențe noi și actualizarea celor existente, în conformitate cu specificațiile tehnice și cu stricta respectare a prevederilor legislației procesual penale. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile (inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor) Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ).
