Description
La UPV necesita, tanto por razones medioambientales como económicas, optimizar el consumo energético de sus instalaciones. Dadas las dimensiones de sus campus y la variabilidad de los usos de los edificios, la tarea de control y supervisión es muy ardua y compleja y se necesita personal enteramente dedicado a ello, por lo que se requiere una asistencia técnica externa que asuma esta labor. El pliego contenido en la licitación contempla una prestación de servicios que garantizará el control energético en la UPV con objeto de optimizar el consumo energético sin menoscabar el confort del personal que ocupa los edificios.
La prestación incluye tanto las tareas a nivel de programación de los sistemas de gestión como las de la supervisión del funcionamiento y actualización y mantenimiento de los programas de los autómatas que integran dichos sistemas.
