Description
Heizungs- und Kühlanlage für den Neubau eines Kinderhauses in Rosenheim. Die Wärme- und Kälteversorgung erfolgt über eine reversible Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe zur Außenaufstellung. Im Technikraum wird ein Pufferspeicher mit 1500 Liter Inhalt, sowie ein Heizungs- und Kühlverteiler installiert.
Über diesen werden die einzelnen Heiz- und Kühlkreise versorgt. Die Beheizung und Kühlung der Räume erfolgt über eine Fußbodenheizung mit einer Gesamtfläche von rund 1200 m2, verteilt auf EG und OG. Zusätzlich werden zur Temperierung der Technikräume im OG Heizkörper verbaut.
In den Lüftungsgeräten werden Heiz- und Kühlregister verbaut, welche ebenfalls über die Wärmepumpe versorgt werden. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören außerdem die dafür erforderlichen Rohrleitungsnetze mit Wärmedämmung, sowie Umwälzpumpen, Regel- und Absperrarmaturen, eine Nachspeiseeinrichtung, Sicherheits- und Druckhaltungseinbauten.
