Община Бургас и Фондация „Бургас 2032“ съвместно провеждат Международен архитектурен конкурс за създаване на ПРОСТРАНСТВО ЗА СЪВРЕМЕННО ИЗКУСТВО И КУЛТУРА - ПАРК ЗОНА 3. Конкурсната територия е разположено в центъра на гр. Бургас, България и във функционално отношение обединява няколко елемента: ПАРКОВА среда, пространство за КУЛТУРА и зона за АДМИНИСТРАТИВНИ УСЛУГИ.
Предмет на конкурса е избор и реализация на ИДЕЕН ПРОЕКТ (в съответствие с глава Пета на Наредба № 4 от 21 май 2001 г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти, във връзка с чл.15, (3), т.1 и чл.16 ал.1 т.1.) за изграждане на ПРОСТРАНСТВО ЗА СЪВРЕМЕННО ИЗКУСТВО И КУЛТУРА.
