L'EAP à la STIB est un programme d'aide psychologique mis à disposition pour tous nos collaborateurs et leurs ayants-droit. C'est un réseau de psychologues spécialisés étendu sur le territoire de la Belgique. Ce sont 5 séances offertes par la STIB, quelle que soit la problématique vécue (privée, personnelle, professionnelle, familiale…).
C'est un service 24/24, 7 jours/7, anonyme, confidentiel. C'est aussi un service de suivi / coaching pour des problématiques spécifiques (sommeil, stress, alimentation, activité physique). Ce programme est complémentaire aux canaux d'aide internes (conseillers sociaux, personnes de confiance...) ou externes (conseillers en prévention pour les aspects psychosociaux...) existants.
