Le marché vise la construction (gros-œuvre fermé) d’un bâtiment de 600 m2 sur le site de l’hôpital Kennedy à Mons. Le système constructif est encore a déterminé mais la vitesse de construction est privilégiée. Le bâtiment ne comprendra qu’un seul niveau construit sur une esplanade au niveau 0 de l’hôpital mais avec des locaux déjà existants sous l’esplanade.

Il s’agit de locaux de consultations, de zones d’attente patients et de zones administratives. Le permis de bâtir a été déposé. Les travaux seront exécutés au deuxième semestre 2026.

Les travaux de Techniques Spéciales et de parachèvement seront réalisés par des entreprises liées par Accord-cadre avec le Pouvoir Adjudicateur.
