L'objet du marché comprend l'exploitation des 13 restaurants d'entreprises et 3 sandwicheries de HR Rail qui prendra effet au 04.05.2026. Le contractant auquel le marché sera attribué, intégrera dans son équipe le personnel actuel des restaurants de HR Rail (environ 3,5 FTE), mais avec une réduction progressive du fait des départs à la retraite, en conformité avec la législation applicable en la matière. Le service comprend tant la livraison de repas “finis” que d’autres produits liés aux activités de ce secteur, comme la livraison de boissons, de snacks, de produits d’entretien, de vêtements de travail,… Le service principal de ces restaurants d'entreprise comporte :
- restaurants pour les repas chauds et froids + salad bar
- sandwicheries / take-away
- services de réunion (boissons chaudes/froides, (petit) déjeuner...) Le contrat comprend également un nombre de services supplémentaires :
- distribution de fruits
- formuler une proposition de concept pour 2 nouveaux restaurants d'entreprise en fonction de l'avancement des travaux des nouveaux bâtiments de la SNCB et d'Infrabel à Bruxelles-Midi
- Une proposition de concept de réfrigérateurs intelligents où sandwichs, repas, collations, boissons,... sont proposés dans les bâtiments de la SNCB et d'Infrabel sans restaurant d'entreprise ni services opérationnels 24h/24 et 7j/7.
