Description
Het voorwerp van deze opdracht betreft het leveren van de opgeleide, uitvoerende PRM resources (PRM-agenten, verwelkomingsagenten en relevante aansturende functies). Deze profielen verlenen speciale assistentie aan passagiers die hulp nodig hebben om te reizen; zoals ouderen en personen met een lichamelijke beperking. Onder deze laatste vallen o.a. rolstoelgebruikers alsook passagiers met een verstandelijke- of psychologische beperking, zoals mensen met autisme of dementie.
Deze PRM-dienstverlening omvat het veilig en conform begeleiden van deze PRM’s op een kwaliteitsvolle wijze waarbij SLA’s naar eindklanten (airlines & passagiers) en continue verbetering voorop staan. Deze opdracht bevat enkele vereiste opties: verwelkomingsfunctie vertrekbalie, dispatching vertrekbalie en nachtdispatching.
