L’objet du présent marché est la conclusion d’un accord-cadre portant sur l’acquisition des sièges de conducteur pour trams ainsi que sur les pièces détachées nécessaires à leur réparation. L’accord-cadre sera attribué à maximum 1 adjudicataire. L’accord cadre est conclu pour une durée ferme de 5 ans qui pourra être reconduit tacitement à trois reprises, chaque fois pour une période d’un an.

La STIB pourra toutefois décider de ne pas appliquer ces reconductions moyennant l’envoi d’un préavis. Les modalités seront plus amplement décrites dans le CSC.
