Le marché concerne la conception (partielle), la réalisation et l’entretien (Design & Build) d’un « nouveau hub rail » (pour la production de rails de différentes longueurs) situé au Production Plant Schaerbeek à Haren. Il comprend principalement :

La démolition et dépose d’anciennes installations
La construction d’un bâtiment industriel
La conception, la fourniture, l'installation, la programmation, la configuration, l'intégration, les tests et la mise en service de systèmes d'automatisation des lignes de production
L’aménagement de zones de stockage des rails
L’aménagement d’un nouveau parc à déchet
Les travaux d’alimentation électrique, d’éclairage, de sécurité incendie, de terrassements, de génie civil, d’aménagement de chemin de services, d’évacuation de matériaux et de matériaux de sols, … nécessaires pour la réalisation du projet
La maintenance omnium pendant la période de garantie de 2 ans du bâtiment industriel après la réception provisoire
La maintenance omnium pendant la période de garantie de 2 ans du matériel industriel et du système d’automatisation après la réception provisoire.
