Système de qualification d'entrepreneurs, capables de réaliser les travaux de finition concernant les câbles à fibres optiques déjà posés sur l'ensemble du réseau ferroviaire belge. Les travaux de finition comprennent :

l'inspection du câble posé à l'endroit des travaux à exécuter
le jointage du câble et la fourniture des boîtes de jonction et des accessoires requis
la finition du câble et des fibres sur les distributeurs ODF, avec fourniture des distributeurs et des accessoires requis
la fourniture d'un rapport des mesures de chaque tronçon optique
la documentation : le schéma des distributeurs et boîtes de jonction, l'identification des fibres et accessoires. Les entrepreneurs qualifiés seront consultés pour la réalisation des travaux décrits ci-dessus. Seuls les entrepreneurs qualifiés dans le cadre de la présente procédure peuvent exécuter les travaux visés, éventuellement en sous-traitance.
