L'accord-cadre porte sur les imprimés à court terme de la Loterie Nationale. Il s'agit, d'une part, des affiches d'annonce et de report des jackpots du Lotto, d’EuroMillions et de Vikinglotto. Ces imprimés doivent être prêts pour enlèvement au plus tard à 14h00 le lendemain du tirage.
Pour le tirage Lotto du samedi, les affiches doivent être prêtes le lundi à 14h00 au plus tard. Le marché prévoit en outre également d'autres imprimés à court terme, tels que, mais sans s'y limiter, les affiches annonçant des gagnants du jackpot EuroMillions en Belgique, les jackpots exceptionnels et d'autres communications urgentes .
