Description
Catering vormt een essentiële dienst binnen de lounges, aangezien het een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan de bezoekerservaring. Zowel de kwaliteit van het eten en drinken als een warme, gastvrije service zijn bepalend voor een hoge klanttevredenheid. Voor de cateringdiensten zal BAC de huidige opzet verder ontwikkelen door de personeelsinzet en de levering van eten en dranken in aparte contracten onder te brengen, zonder gevolgen voor de dienstverlening of verantwoordelijkheden.
Hierdoor kan BAC samenwerken met gespecialiseerde partners voor elk van deze activiteiten, waarbij eten en drinken als een cruciaal onderdeel van de lounge-ervaring worden beschouwd.
