Description

Le présent marché concerne l'offre de services ICT pour le compte de l'Autorité de protection des données (ci-après "l'APD") et de l'Organe de contrôle de l'information policière (ci-après le "COC"). Plus spécifiquement, il s'agit de proposer principalement des services dans le domaine de ce qu'on appelle l' "infrastructure ICT gérée". En tant qu'autorités, l'APD et le COC accordent de l'importance à l'offre intégrée de ces services qui doit être régie selon des processus.

Tant le GBA que le COC visent le niveau « Basic » de la NIS2 et exigent la possibilité de mettre en œuvre ultérieurement des contrôles NIS2 issus des niveaux supérieurs. Le marché comporte trois parties de services :

Partie1 - Configuration de l'environnement
Partie2 : services ICT RÉCURRENTS en matière de GESTION de l'environnement
Partie 3 - Projets de suivi en vue de la gestion évolutive de l'environnement .
