L'appel d'offres porte sur l'organisation d'événements, de campagnes, de promotion agroalimentaires et d’information commerciale dans les pays tiers afin de soutenir l'UE dans ses initiatives de promotion. L'objectif principal des marchés est la prestation de services dans le cadre de la fourniture d'informations et des mesures de promotion concernant les produits agricoles de l'UE. La mise en œuvre de ces mesures est gérée par l’unité «Promotion agro-alimentaire, observation environnementale et gouvernance innovante» de l’Agence exécutive européenne pour la recherche (REA).
Les contrats-cadres résultant de la présente procédure présenteront également un intérêt pour la Commission européenne. La procédure a été divisée en trois lots.
