La Ville de Spa lance un appel à manifestation d’intérêt en vue de l’octroi d’un droit d’emphytéose sur le bâtiment du Casino. Cette procédure vise à identifier un partenaire chargé de concevoir, financer et réaliser les importants travaux de rénovation et de valorisation de ce bâtiment emblématique, tout en préservant son caractère patrimonial, son attractivité et la continuité de son exploitation. Une visite du site est obligatoire pour tous les candidats.
Elle sera organisée sur rendez-vous, en matinée, avant le 31 août 2026. Documents à télécharger Les documents suivants sont disponibles en téléchargement :
