Infrabel est à la recherche d'un contractant capable de fournir le personnel certifié nécessaire à l'exécution des « activités externes » quotidiennes liées à l'installation de triage d’Anvers-Nord. Il s’agit plus précisément du personnel au sol et des conducteurs de locomotives qui peuvent effectuer les opérations requises sur les wagons et les locomotives en shifts de trois fois huit, 24 heures sur 24, 6 jours sur 7, nécessaires aux activités de triage. Ceci en étroite collaboration avec le « service interne » d'Infrabel qui contrôle e. a. la planification, l'accès à l’installation et les mouvements de manœuvre depuis le poste de signalisation voisin.
