En vue de la réalisation du projet ‘Noord-Zuid Limburg’, De Werkvennootschap conclura un accord DBFM avec la société de projet (SPVDBFM). Le présent Guide de Sélection s’inscrit dans le cadre de la nomination d’ un partenaire privé à cet effet. La configuration actuelle prévoit que le SPV-DBFM sera responsable de la conception, de la construction et du financement du Projet ainsi que de son entretien en principe pour une période de 30 ans à compter de l’achèvement de la phase de construction.
