Infrabel souhaite conclure un accord-cadre afin d’assurer le transport par rail pour les marchés des travaux de la Direction Operations et de Tuc Rail. Le marché implique la mise en place d'un accord-cadre avec plusieurs opérateurs (multi-sourcing). Le mode d’application du multi-sourcing sera spécifié dans le cahier des charges.
