L’objet du marché porte sur les missions complètes de Maîtrise d’œuvre urbaine, paysagère et technique, sur les espaces publics, de la conception à la mise en œuvre du projet de l’OIM Porte Saint-Germain / Berges de Seine à Argenteuil. L’étude prendra appui sur les études urbaines préalablement réalisées par la Ville d’Argenteuil et l’EPT Boucle Nord de Seine et celles lancées en parallèle par la MGP. Les missions du présent marché se structurent en trois volets principaux :

la maîtrise d’œuvre urbaine
la maîtrise d’œuvre des espaces publics
l’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage globale tout au long de l’opération
