Im Rahmen des Invest-Containers 2027 (B48 & B49) werden im Abschnitt Duisburg Hbf – Essen Hbf mehrere eigenständige Infrastrukturmaßnahmen innerhalb gemeinsamer Totalsperrpausen umgesetzt. Die übergeordnete Koordination der Maßnahmen erfolgt durch den Baukoordinator des Invest-Containers. Die ausgeschriebene Bauüberwachungsleistung umfasst die übergeordnete technische und baubetriebliche Koordination der Bauüberwachungen aller im Container enthaltenen Maßnahmen.
Hierzu gehören insbesondere die Erstellung, Abstimmung und Fortschreibung der erforderlichen Betren/Gesamt-Betra, die Koordination von Baugleisen, Sicherungsmaßnahmen sowie Bahnerdungen einschließlich der Wahrnehmung der Funktion des Schaltantragstellers. Der Bauüberwacher fungiert als zentraler technischer Ansprechpartner für die im Invest-Container gebündelten Maßnahmen und stellt die kontinuierliche Abstimmung zwischen den Projektbeteiligten sowie den betrieblich Beteiligten sicher. Er koordiniert technische und organisatorische Schnittstellen, Termine und baulogistische Randbedingungen, identifiziert Risiken und unterstützt die Umsetzung der Maßnahmen innerhalb der vorgesehenen Sperrpausen.
Ergänzend umfasst die Leistung die technische Anmeldung der Maßnahmen in BBP-Neo sowie die fachtechnische Prüfung von Leistungsnachweisen und Rechnungen.
