Description
Het provinciebestuur Vlaams-Brabant maakt reeds geruime tijd gebruik van het documentmanagementsysteem Documentum (OpenText) ter ondersteuning van zijn kernprocessen, waaronder dossierbeheer. Het platform vormt een belangrijke bouwsteen binnen het applicatielandschap van de provincie en ondersteunt verschillende bedrijfskritische toepassingen en gegevensverzamelingen. Om de continuïteit, beschikbaarheid en ondersteuning van deze omgeving op korte en middellange termijn te waarborgen, wenst het provinciebestuur een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met een gespecialiseerde dienstverlener die over de nodige expertise beschikt inzake Documentum en de bijhorende technologieën.
De opdracht omvat in hoofdzaak de levering en het onderhoud van de noodzakelijke softwarelicenties, abonnementen en ondersteuningsdiensten die vereist zijn om de bestaande Documentum-omgeving operationeel, ondersteund en conform de geldende voorwaarden van de fabrikant te houden. Daarnaast wenst het provinciebestuur binnen deze raamovereenkomst een beroep te kunnen doen op gespecialiseerde technische en functionele expertise voor uiteenlopende opdrachten en ondersteuningsvragen. De raamovereenkomst moet eveneens toelaten om beroep te doen op expertise in het kader van archiverings- en rationalisatietrajecten.
Aangezien de concrete noodzaak, impact en bijhorende licentie- en implementatievoorwaarden momenteel nog niet volledig gekend zijn, wordt een eventuele upgrade voorzien binnen de raamovereenkomst zonder dat het provinciebestuur zich verbindt tot effectieve afname.
