Description
Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Erbringung von Projektsteuerungsleistungen sowie das BIM-Management (Building Information Modeling) für den Neubau "Elektrischer Explosionsschutz (Cremer-Bau)" auf dem Gelände der Physikalisch-Technischen Bundesanstalt (PTB) in Braunschweig. Der Neubau dient der Zusammenführung und Modernisierung der Fachbereiche des Explosionsschutzes und umfasst Büro-, Labor- und Messräume. Das Projekt ist nach den Vorgaben des nachhaltigen Bauens (BNB-Silber-Zertifizierung) sowie unter Anwendung der BIM-Methodik umzusetzen.
Die Einhaltung der einschlägigen Leitfäden und Vorgaben des Bundes, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Nachhaltigkeit, Barrierefreiheit, Energieeffizienz und Technisches Monitoring, ist sicherzustellen. Weitere Details und die vollständige Aufgabenbeschreibung sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
