Upphandling avser Externa vårdtjänster inom kirurgi. Leverantören ska inom ramen för denna upphandling leverera specialistvård som Beställaren utför i egen regi och som kan avropas hos och utföras av Leverantören. Uppdraget innefattar vårdtjänster som kan ges som öppenvård eller dygnsvård.
