La présente consultation a pour objet de sélectionner un opérateur en vue de la conclusion d’un contrat de concession de service public au sens de l’article L. 1411-1 et suivants du CGCT ayant pour objet :
- La conception, la réalisation et le financement de Travaux obligatoires dont le descriptif figure au Programme de travaux en Pièce E du DCE
- L’exploitation, la maintenance et le gros entretien-renouvellement des équipements du Centre de Valorisation Energétique en vue du traitement et de la valorisation des déchets collectés sur le périmètre de la CALL ou objet des conventions de coopération conclues par la CALL.
