Le présent marché concerne un accord-cadre pour l’achat de médicaments destiné à permettre au Service public fédéral Santé publique, Sécurité de la chaîne alimentaire et Environnement, en cas d’urgence humanitaire dans un autre pays (tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur de l’UE), de déployer via B-Fast, un hôpital de campagne de type EMT2 et/ou un module « Mother&Child » et/ou un module « Burns Rapid Response Team » dans le cadre du projet RescEU. En outre, le projet RescEU Medical Stockpiling doit également disposer d’un stock de médicaments pouvant être utilisés pour l’aide humanitaire.
