Le présent marché comprend la construction de locaux sociaux dans le périmètre de la stations d'épuration actuelle de Neuville-sur-Saône pour l'équipe d'exploitation et l'équipe process avec la modification et l'extension du bâtiment existant pour la création de bureaux, le réagencement de la salle de supervision et des espaces de distribution et l'agrandissement des vestiaires et du réfectoire, ainsi que la création de locaux atelier et stockage au RDC, une toiture mixte végétalisée et stockage extérieur avec ombrières et panneaux photovoltaïques. Ce marché s'inscrit dans l'opération de restructuration de la STEP de Fontaines sur Saône et son raccordement au bassin versant de Pierre Bénite. Cette opération comporte 6 lots.
La présente consultation concerne uniquement le lot 3. Les lots 1 et 2 ont été notifiés et sont en cours d'exécution. les lots 5 et 6 seront lancés ultérieurement, les travaux étant réalisés après la réception des lots 1 et 2. Le lot 4 est définitivement abandonné
