Description

Die Überführungsbrücke über Wilhelm-Nieswandt-Allee ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Die Zustandsnote der letzten Hauptprüfung beträgt 3,7. An der Stahlkonstruktion (Überbau) sind bereits an zahlreichen Stellen Korrosionsschäden erkennbar.

Zudem sind mehrere Nieten durchgerostet oder fehlen vollständig. Die festgestellten Schäden sollen im Rahmen der Sanierung instandgesetzt werden. Im Bereich des Unterbaus sind örtlich Betoninstandsetzungsmaßnahmen erforderlich.

Darüber hinaus besteht im Bereich des Mauerwerks partieller Instandsetzungsbedarf an den Fugen. Auf Grundlage der Ergebnisse der durchzuführenden Schadensanalyse, der statischen Berechnung des Gesamtbauwerks (gemäß HOAI) sowie der Erstellung und Prüfung der erforderlichen Standsicherheitsnachweise ist ein geeignetes Sanierungskonzept zu erarbeiten. Darüber hinaus ist eine Neuplanung der Verkehrsfläche (Fußbelag) inklusive Geländer vorzu- nehmen.

Ziel ist eine nachhaltige Verbesserung der Dauerhaftigkeit und Tragfähigkeit der bestehenden Fuß- und Radwegbrücke.
