Gegenstand der Leistungserbringung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages mit zwei Vertragspartnern über die Lieferung chemischer Flächenenteisungsmittel zur Sicherstellung des Winterbetriebs auf den Flugbetriebsflächen der Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH. Die Leistung umfasst die bedarfsgerechte Versorgung des Auftraggebers mit festen und flüssigen Flächenenteisungsmitteln für den Einsatz auf Flugbetriebsflächen. Die Belieferung erfolgt an den Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg (BER) an den vom Auftraggeber benannten Lieferadressen innerhalb des Sicherheitsbereichs.
