Hankinnan kohteena on Atostek Oy:n toimittama ERA-ohjelmisto ja sen käyttöoikeus (“ERA-ratkaisu”), mukaan lukien siihen liittyvät käyttö-, ylläpito- ja rajatut kehityspalvelut.
