De VRT heeft voor haar verschillende producties nood aan extra videomateriaal. Voor deze opdrachten van tijdelijke aard zijn we op zoek naar een leverancier die VRT kan bijstaan in de invulling van deze behoefte. De overeenkomst zal worden aangegaan met één leverancier per perceel en beoogt de basisvoorwaarden vast te leggen met betrekking tot het plaatsen van particuliere opdrachten, verder als "afroepen" benoemd.
