Die Auftraggeberin hat mit Unterstützung eines externen Beraterteams begonnen, Microsoft (MS) M365 und MS Azure zur vollumfänglichen Nutzung bei einem Sozialversicherungsträger einzuführen. Zur Fortführung der Konfiguration und den Support unserer Fachbereiche wird ein erfahrenes und leistungsfähiges externes Beratungsteam benötigt. Das kalkulatorische Gesamtvolumen für 4 Jahre beträgt 2.000.000 € (netto) und ist auf die vollständige System-Konfiguration sowie den Support unserer Fachbereiche ausgerichtet.
Dies stellt den Höchstbetrag dar, der ohne Rechtsfolgen unter- und im Rahmen des rechtlich Zulässigen überschritten werden kann. Für die Dienstleistungen dieser Ausschreibung soll ein Rahmenvertrag über zwei Jahre mit der zweimaligen Option auf Verlängerung um je ein weiteres Jahr abgeschlossen werden. Die genannten Mengen sind lediglich zur Orientierung gedacht und dienen als Grundlage für die Anbieter zur Erstellung eines Angebotes.
