Deze opdracht beoogt het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor aanneming van diensten met betrekking tot het afsluiten van een verzekering voor het voertuigenpark van Het Wit-Gele Kruis en een verzekering omnium dienstopdrachten. De vloot bedraagt over alle entiteiten heen ongeveer XXXX voertuigen momenteel. Het aantal voertuigen kan afnemen omwille van een toekomstige samenwerking met leasingmaatschappijen indien het verzekeringsaspect is inbegrepen in de leaseovereenkomst.
Deze opdracht is opgedeeld is in 2 luiken: Luik 1 voor het afsluiten van een verzekering die van toepassing is op het voertuigenpark motorrijtuigen van Het Wit-Gele Kruis VZW, dat uitsluitend gebruikt wordt voor niet-bezoldigd vervoer, zowel personen als goederen. De te verlenen waarborgen zijn de volgende: - Burgerrechtelijke aansprakelijkheid - Rechtsbijstand - Volledige omnium voor de opgesomde voertuigen. Anderzijds, in luik 2, het afsluiten van een verzekering omnium dienstopdrachten, dat voorziet in een dekking voor voertuigen van personeelsleden, mandatarissen, vrijwilligers en stagiairs tijdens verplaatsingen in dienstverband in opdracht van de verzekeringsnemer (Het Wit-Gele Kruis VZW), met uitsluiting van iedere verplaatsing op de arbeidsweg, tenzij anders bepaald.
